updated dissertation version with coversheet and some improvements in auto layouting and configuration

Added preamble.sty for custom commands and packages, that are not part of i7-thesis.cls
Added latexmkrc file for creating the nomenclature listing
Renamed references.bib to bibliography.bib to stick to Overleaf standard.
Added missing bibtex package and biber option.
Updated usage of siunix commands (now qty, num and unit) (earlier SI, num and si)
